As our universe came into existence, its explosive expansion was so powerful that it left ripples in the background radiation that surrounds us to this day. This is now fact corroborated by scientists utilizing a telescope near the South Pole.
I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that there was a time when … time didn’t even exist. The TV keeps pumping out science shows, trying to drive the knowledge into my skull. But no matter how eloquent Morgan Freeman or Neil deGrasse Tyson are, I invariably end up shaking my fist in the air shouting, “why is my brain so small?!” Morgan and Neil just smile, “Tune in next week.”
So we’re all floating along on the ripples of creation.
This, I can actually fathom.
And it seems like a nice place to be.
